Imbibe Live is the most diverse and innovative event in the calendar for anyone who sources, buys, or serves drinks in the licensed on- or off-trade. It showcases everything from rare Mezcals to the newest low-ABV beer to hit the market. From big producers and brands to family-owned companies launching a new product to shake up your drinks offering. From sommeliers to distributors and from hotel managers to publicans and bartenders, these essential two days saw the industry’s finest come together once again, and it was SO good to be back!

Last Monday and Tuesday (13th and 14th September) Mr. Stroodles and his Stroodles team were at Imbibe Live at Olympia London, where after a busy summer, we saw the UK drinks industry reunite! As the world finally edges back towards normality, we were so happy and excited to have had the chance to have a stand at the trade show of the year.

Imbibe is the one and only event that focuses on the entire world of drinks – from wines, beers and spirits, to soft drinks, RTD's, mixers, tea, coffee, no and low abv drinks, waters and other associated products (such as our Stroodles Pasta Straws!) – all with a view to how they can enhance the customer experience at the same time as establishing profitability. Visitors can also listen to ground-breaking seminars, experience rare and unique tastings, source new products and discover new trends defining the future of the industry.

This Imbibe was a bit different to the last Imbibe we attended, as we were so excited to be able to showcase not just our famous Stroodles Pasta Straws, but also our brand-new range of edible tableware products, including edible spoons, cups, bowls and plates!

Our recently launched eco-tableware range is made up of exciting and original products, starting from spoons that are made out of oat biscuits, plates and bowls that are made out of wheat bran and lastly delicious wafer cups. The entire product range is biodegradable, 100% edible, vegan and is the perfect alternative to plastic straws, plates, bowls and spoons. Want to know more? As always, with Stroodles you don't have to compromise your drinking (and now dining) experience, you can actually make it even more delicious and exciting and most importantly you can do some good by stroodling your favourite drinks or dishes!

Imbibe 2021 was a big success for team Stroodles, and we all thoroughly enjoyed stroodling with everyone we met over the two days of the show. It was fantastic to finally be able to attend another trade show after the year we’ve had, and of course showcase all our new stroodling products!

At trade shows such as Imbibe Live we love to partner with like-minded drinks brands and get them stroodling with us. This year we partnered with some extra stroodlicious drinks brands, and sampled our Stroodles Pasta Straws with their delicious drinks. We’d like to therefore take this opportunity to thank all the drink brands mentioned below, who we collaborated with across the two days. We loved meeting you all and of course stroodling your drinks with you.

Now that the world is finally getting back to normal after the pandemic, it’s so exciting that we can attend trade shows again, and spread the Stroodles word as much as possible. We loved meeting all you fellow Stroodlers, as well as chatting to lots of new potential Stroodlers! Nothing makes Mr. Stroodles and his Stroodles team happier than getting such positive feedback about our products from all of you, so thank you to everyone who we met, and who shared the stroodles love with us last week.
